Product Manager

1. Responsible for the entire life cycle management of the company's products, including market research, demand analysis, product definition and implementation promotion;

2. Lead cross-departmental collaboration (R&D, production, sales) to ensure the smooth delivery of products from design to mass production, and balance performance, cost and mass production feasibility;

3. Write DFM (Design for Manufacturing) documents to evaluate the production feasibility of product design, optimize process paths, reduce manufacturing costs and improve yields;

4. Track industry technology trends, analyze competitors, and formulate differentiated product strategies;

5. Assist in formulating testing standards and quality control processes to solve technical problems in mass production.

1. Bachelor degree or above, related majors such as optics, mechanical electronics, precision instruments, etc.;

2. Have experience in writing DFM documents and be proficient in the production process of VR/XR glasses and automation equipment products first;

3. Have experience in product implementation from 0 to 1 and be familiar with the NPI (new product import) process;

4. Strong data analysis ability and can optimize product design through test data;

5. Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, and proficiency in English reading and writing are preferred.
