Senior Mechanical Structure Engineer

1. Lead the structural design and development of the company's products

(1) Responsible for the overall layout optimization of equipment, modular design and core structure innovation to ensure the high reliability and manufacturability of the solution

(2) Complete 3D modeling, 2D engineering drawing deepening and BOM systematic management and control;

(3) Design special testing tooling, fixtures and automation functional components to improve equipment performance.

2. Technical breakthroughs throughout the life cycle

(1) Lead the prototype trial production, assembly and debugging and iterative optimization to solve high-difficulty structural problems;

(2) Evaluate the limits of processing technology and formulate a cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing plan.

3. Technical standards and cross-departmental collaboration

(1) Prepare technical documents such as DFMEA, design specifications and other;

(2) Coordinate the supply chain technology docking and lead the selection and verification of key purchased parts;

(3) Link electrical and software teams to complete the output of the mechatronic system integration design documents and the writing of patents.

1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design, automation and other related majors, more than 5 years of work experience, and work experience in the field of precision optics is preferred;

2. Proficient in SolidWorks modeling and engineering drawing;

3. Familiar with machining/sheet metal technology, standard parts selection and transmission design;

4. Master the surface treatment process and cost control methods, and those with complete project development experience will be preferred;

5. Experience in overall design and optimization layout of non-standard automation equipment such as precision motion mechanisms, optical imaging products, precision instruments, etc.;

6. Clear logic and able to independently complete feasibility analysis of the design plan;

7. Have strong learning and innovation abilities;

8. Have cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and good at technical issues communication.
