Structural Engineer

1. Responsible for the entire process of product structure design and development, including:

(1) Complete 3D modeling, 2D engineering drawing output and BOM sorting

(2) Responsible for testing structure construction, equipment fixtures and finished product functional design

(3) Track the progress of purchased parts and coordinate supplier technical communication

2. Leading prototype trial production and design optimization:

(1) Complete prototype assembly and debugging and problem improvement

(2) Verify the feasibility of the processing technology and propose an optimization plan

3. Output complete technical documents (design specifications, test reports, etc.)

1. Major in machinery/automation, with more than 3 years of experience in module fixture design;

2. Proficient in SolidWorks modeling and engineering drawing

3. Familiar with machining/sheet metal technology, standard parts selection and transmission design

4. Clear logic and able to independently complete the feasibility analysis of the design plan

5. Have cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and good at technical issues communication

6. Master the surface treatment process and cost control methods, and those with complete project development experience will be given priority
