FAE Field Application Engineer

1. Responsible for on-site technical support for testing equipment to ensure that the equipment can operate stably and efficiently at the customer site. During the equipment installation and debugging stage, professional technical guidance is provided to deal with various technical problems in a timely manner.

2. Keep close communication with customers, deeply understand customers' functional needs, usage scenarios, etc. for testing equipment, accurately collect and feedback customer opinions, and provide a basis for product optimization.

3. In response to equipment failures, performance abnormalities encountered by customers on site, quickly carry out troubleshooting and diagnosis work, use professional knowledge to formulate effective solutions, and promptly restore normal operation of the equipment to ensure that customer business is not affected.

4. Work closely with the company's internal R&D team to accurately convey the problems reported by customers on-site and suggestions for equipment function improvement to R&D personnel. Assist R&D personnel in problem analysis, participate in product optimization and upgrading, and ensure that the products continue to meet market demand.

1. Professional knowledge: bachelor's degree or above in machinery, electrical, automation, instrumentation and other related majors. Familiar with basic knowledge such as automation equipment, sensor technology, etc., and have an in-depth understanding of test and measurement technology.

2. Technical ability: Have rich experience in debugging and maintenance of test equipment, and be able to proficient in operating common test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc. Proficient in the C++ programming language to meet the functional needs of test equipment in different scenarios, such as developing device control programs, data acquisition and analysis programs, etc. At the same time, it is better to master at least one other programming language (such as C, Python, etc.). It has solid hardware troubleshooting and repair capabilities, and can quickly locate and solve hardware problems of test equipment.

3. Communication ability: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with people from different departments such as customers, R&D team, sales team, etc. Be good at listening to customer needs, be able to explain technical problems and solutions to customers clearly and accurately, and have a good customer service awareness.

4. Experience in R&D of automation equipment: With more than 2 years of R&D of automation equipment, we have deeply participated in the entire process of automation equipment from demand analysis, solution design, development and debugging to final delivery. It can independently complete the electrical design, mechanical structure optimization suggestions of automation equipment, and the programming implementation of equipment operation logic to ensure efficient and stable operation of equipment. In past projects, we have successful cases of customized development of automated test or production equipment according to customer process needs.

5. Problem solving ability: Have keen problem insights and efficient problem solving ability, be able to quickly analyze the nature of problems in complex on-site environments and formulate practical solutions. It has strong stress resistance, can stay calm in emergencies and complete tasks efficiently.

6. Learning and adaptability: maintain a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies and new knowledge, and be able to quickly master the latest test equipment technology and application trends in the industry. Have good adaptability and be able to flexibly respond to different customer needs and on-site emergencies.
