Multi-scene application: AR detection/AA/MicroLED three-color fit

Designed for multiple scenes such as AR optical module and whole machine detection, AA (active alignment) and three-color bonding, it supports high-precision color imaging, effectively eliminates color difference interference, ensures the authenticity and consistency of AR display colors, improves detection reliability, and the efficiency of RGB three-color light source bonding and alignment, and its alignment accuracy can reach pixel level.

34mm ultra-long working distance

Provides an industry-leading 34mm working distance, avoids the risk of collision between lenses and precision components (such as MicroLED micro projection systems), adapts to complex installation and adjustment environments, and ensures the safety and flexibility of the detection process.

365 ultra-high PPD and diffraction limit resolution

The resolution reaches the diffraction limit, and with 365 PPD (pixels per degree), it can capture details beyond the limit of the human eye, meeting the micron-level defect detection needs of high-definition AR products (such as optical waveguides and MicroLED fitting).

Compact structure and air diaphragm

The lens size is optimized, taking into account performance and portability; the original air diaphragm design is supported, and it supports 4-6mm replaceable solid diaphragm, which flexibly adapts to the multi-scene optical path control needs such as AR detection, AA, and three-color fitting, improving detection and production efficiency.
